HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER
Psalm 136
Oh, give thanks to Yahuah, for He’s good, He is good,
And His mercy endures forever!
Oh, give thanks to Yahuah - God of gods, Lord of lords,
His mercy endures forever! His mercy endures forever!
Praise Him, who alone does great wonders and deeds,
Yes, Him, who by wisdom made heavens,
Who laid out above waters this beautiful Earth —
His mercy endures forever!
Praise Him, who made great lights, the Sun rules by day,
And by night — rule the Stars and the Moon;
Yes, Him, who beholds all the children of men —
He is good, and His mercy’s — forever!
Praise Him, who struck Egypt in their firstborn
And brought out Israel from among them
With a strong head and with an outstretched arm,
For His mercy endures forever!
Praise Him, who divided the Red Sea in two
And made Israel pass through on dry ground,
But the Pharaoh and his army He overthrew —
He is good, and His mercy’s — forever!
Praise Him, who led His people through wilderness,
Who struck down great kings and their princes:
Sihon, king of Amoriym and Og of Bashan —
For His mercy endures forever!
Praise Him, who divided the land of those kings,
And gave it as a heritage lasting,
Only to Israel, His servant of choice,
For He’s good, and His mercy’s — forever!
Praise Him, who remembered us in our grief,
And who rescued us from our foes,
Who gives food to all flesh, who remembers us still —
For His mercy endures forever!
Praise Him, who alone does great wonders and deeds,
To Yahuah’s - our praise and all honor!
Who is like Him? There’s none. Yahuah is our life!
He is good! And His mercy’s — forever!

17 To Him which smote great kings: for His mercy endureth for ever:
18 And slew famous kings: for His mercy endureth for ever:
19 Sihon king of the Amorites: for His mercy endureth for ever:
