CHILD OF GOD
If you want to inherit the kingdom of GOD,
You must walk in the Light, and flee darkness and mud.
If you walk in the dark-you will fall with a thud,
GOD is Light, so be Child of Light.
If you are a child of Light,
Like a star, GOD’s example is bright.
Follow Him and be Father’s delight,
If you are a Child of GOD
If you love the unloved and unwanted embrace,
If you cover the naked with beautiful grace,
If you give someone water and wash someone’s face
In GOD’s Name— you are Child of GOD.
If you are a child of Light,
Like a star, GOD’s example is bright.
Follow Him and be Father’s delight,
If you are a Child of GOD
If one’s envious, drunkard, immoral, unclean,
Who loves idols and steals, who is greedy and mean,
Who rejects GOD’s own Son, who loves lying and strife
Will not be in the Kingdom of GOD.
If you are a child of Light,
Like a star, GOD's example is bright.
Follow Him and be Father’s delight,
If you are a Child of GOD
To be blameless and pure, to live wisely and smart,
Let’s make music and sing to YAHUAH from our heart.
Let’s be careful how we live from the start,
Giving thanks as dear Children of GOD
If you are a child of Light,
Like a star, GOD’s example is bright.
