I have mama, I am grateful!

I will rejoice today and be glad 

I am thankful, YAH is faithful!

I am thankful! I have mama who prays for me.

I am grateful!  Rain or shine — she is here with me.

YAH is faithful!  Mama loves me and cares for my rest;

YAH is merciful!  Yes, I am blessed!

I have shelter and safety and clothes on me,

I have mama, I am grateful!

Mama cares for my health, I have something to eat 

I am thankful, Yah is faithful!

I am thankful!  I have mama who prays for me.

I have taught this song to my children when they were still little, to show them the importance of good homemade food, rest, clean clothes and the fact that it is mostly mama who cares for them in such ways. And prayer! How important prayer is! Yah, bless all mothers who diligently pray for their children and their souls, as well as their bodily health and comfort. Amen.
