TEACH   ME  YOUR  STATUTES

Psalm 119: 25-32, Daleth

When my soul clings to the dust, YAHUAH,

Revive me according to Your Word

I’ve declared my ways and You’ve answered me

So teach me Your (life-giving) statutes!

Teach me Your statutes!

Make me understand the way of Your precepts

So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works

I will run the course of Your Commandments

For You shall enlarge my heart

YAHUAH

So teach me Your statutes!

When my soul melts from grief, YAHUAH,

Strengthen me according to Your Word

Remove from me the way of lying

And grant me Your Torah graciously

And teach me Your statutes!

Make me understand the way of Your precepts

So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works

I will run the course of Your Commandments

For You shall enlarge my heart

YAHUAH

So teach me Your statutes!

I have chosen the ways of truth, YAHUAH,

Your judgements I have laid before me

O Yahuah, I cling to Your testimonies

Do not put me to shame (and reproach)

And teach me Your statutes!

Make me understand the way of Your precepts

So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works

I will run the course of Your Commandments

For You shall enlarge my heart

²⁵ My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken Thou me according to Thy Word, O YAHUAH.

²⁶ I have declared my ways, and Thou heardest me: teach me Thy statutes.

²⁷ Make me to understand the way of Thy precepts: so shall I talk of Thy wondrous works.

²⁸ My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen Thou me according unto Thy Word.

²⁹ Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me Thy LAW graciously.

³⁰ I have chosen the way of Truth: Thy judgments have I laid before me.

³¹ I have stuck unto Thy testimonies: O YAHUAH, put me not to shame.

³² I will run the way of Thy Commandments, when Thou shalt enlarge my heart.
