Heal Me and Be My Helper! (Personal)

HEAL  ME,  AND  BE  MY  HELPER

based on Psalm 30

I will exalt You, O YAHUAH,

For You have lifted me up

You have not allowed the foes of my soul

To rejoice over me

I cried to You for help

And patiently waited for healing

Heal me, and be my Helper!

Will the dust praise You, YAHUAH?

Will it proclaim Your faithfulness?

What gain is there in my death, O GOD,

Don’t hide Your face

YAHUAH, to You I call

And beg for Your mercy

Heal me, and be my Helper!

Though weeping may stay the night

But joy comes in the morning

For Your anger is fleeting

But favor lasts a Lifetime!

O Heal me, and be my Helper!

You pulled me up from Sheol

You spared me from descending

Into the pit of despair and darkness

YAHUAH is my Strength!

YAHUAH favored me

And made my mountain stand strong

Heal me, and be my Helper!

You turned my mourning and grief

Into rejoicing and dancing

And peeled of my sackcloth of sickness and pain

And clothed me with joy

That my heart may sing

Your praises and not be silent

You heal me, You are my Helper!

Though weeping may stay the night

But joy comes in the morning

For Your anger is fleeting

But favor lasts a Lifetime!

You heal me, You are my Helper!

You heal me, You are my Helper!

PSALM   30  (KJV)

1  I will extol Thee, O YAHUAH; for Thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

O YAHUAH my GOD, I cried unto Thee, and Thou hast healed me.

O YAHUAH, Thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: Thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Sing unto YAHUAH, O ye saints of His, and give thanks at the remembrance of His holiness.

For His anger endureth but a moment; in His favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.

7  YAH, by Thy favour Thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: Thou didst hide Thy face, and I was troubled.

I cried to Thee, O YAHUAH; and unto YAHUAH I made supplication.

What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise Thee? shall it declare Thy truth?

10 Hear, O YAHUAH, and have mercy upon me: YAH, be Thou my helper!

11 Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: Thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

12 To the end that my glory may sing praise to Thee, and not be silent. O YAHUAH my GOD, I will give thanks unto Thee for ever.
