A Better Portion For Me (Personal)

A BETTER  PORTION  FOR  ME

Rom. 8:28; 1Cor. 15:10; 2Cor. 4:18; Ps. 36:9; James 1:12; 1Tim. 6:6

All things work together for good, and I know it!

To Your purpose, YAH, I am called , I love You.

By the grace of YAHUAH, I am what I am,

And His grace for me’s not in vain,

It is with me to guide me.

I praise Him, believing:

This is better portion for me,

I’ll be content: YAH knows what’s best.

This is better portion for me,

I will praise You, YAHUAH!

YAH, help me look not at the things, things that are seen,

But at all things which are not seen — and praise You!

For the things that are seen are temporal and fleeting,

But all the things that are not, are eternal and complete,

My Father, I praise You, believing:

This is better portion for me,

I’ll be content: YAH knows what’s best.

This is better portion for me,

I will praise You, YAHUAH!

With You is the Fountain of Life! YAH, I praise You!

Only in Your light I see light — I’m redeemed!

Yah, help me persevere under life’s trials,

For once I have been approved, 

I’ll receive the Crown of Life

That You have promised me, believing:

This is better portion for me,

I’ll be content: YAH knows what’s best.
